Performance Features
All entry-level Ford Mavericks come standard with a four-cylinder 2.5-liter engine that pairs with an electric motor and battery pack to deliver 191 horsepower. The trucks also have an automatic continuously variable transmission and FWD to pull up to 2,000 pounds. The new Ford Maverick can carry up to 1,500 pounds.
When needing more power under the hood, choose a model equipped with the inline four-cylinder 2.0-liter turbocharged EcoBoost engine that generates 250 horsepower. The motor works in tandem with an automatic eight-speed transmission. The more powerful setup is available with FWD or AWD to pull up to 4,000 pounds.
Ford Maverick Trim Levels
Base-level Ford Maverick XL models have keyless entry to gain interior access to find a fabric upholstered cabin. The infotainment system has an eight-inch touchscreen, smartphone integration, and a six-speaker stereo. Two USB ports keep devices functioning. Each truck also comes standard with the following assist and safety technologies:

The cab gains two more USB ports while the bed gets a spray-on liner and lighting.
